February 12 & 14: Four Course Prix Fixe

We are celebrating Valentine's Day on Wednesday and Friday with a four-course prix fixe dinner menu.

Dinner will be available from 5-8 p.m. with live music by John Jarrett.

Guests will choose one item from each course. Price is $70 per person and wine pairing options will be available.

FIRST COURSE
Dungeness Crab Cake with tomato butter

Lobster Bruschetta
Chevre, on sourdough, dusted with pomegranate, pistachio, and cocoa nibs

Baked Goat Cheese Tart
Dukkah, pistachio, apricot

SECOND COURSE 
3 of Hearts
Hearts of romaine, artichoke hearts, hearts of palm, tiger prawn, truffled Caesar dressing, pumpernickel crouton

Strawberry Burrata
Serrano ham, watercress, dark chocolate vinaigrette

THIRD COURSE
Tenderloin Filet
Espresso and cocoa crusted tenderloin, sweet potato souffle, roasted carrots, chocolate port demi

Chilean Sea Bass
Pomme parsnip mash, broccolini, beurre rouge

Duck Breast
Cherries, chocolate, braised red cabbage

Wild Mushroom Wellington
Toasted walnuts, cider onions, port wine reduction

FOURTH COURSE
Chocolate Torte
Hazelnut mousse, salted caramel

Strawberry Tres Leches
Strawberry dust, honeycomb ice cream
