We're turning the tasting room into a Big Easy Celebration! Join us for a Cajun inspired five course dinner featuring wine pairings for each course. Doors open at 6pm and dinner begins promptly at 7.
Price: $80 for wine club members & $100 for the general public.
First Course: Duck Confit Corn Cakes with Hot Red Pepper Jelly and Whipped Cajun Mascarpone. Wine: NV Juve Y Camps Brut Rosé, Spain
Second Course: Fried Crawfish Wedge Salad with Smoked Tomato Ranch, Shaved Gruyere, Crispy Shallots

Third Course: Cajun Gumbo with Chicken, Andouille and Shrimp; Caramel Rice, Honey and Smoked Cheddar Cornbread.
